1. Introduction

Welcome to the CAFU Rewards Program (" Rewards Program"), a loyalty program provided by CAFU App Technologies FZE ("CAFU", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Rewards Program is free to join and available to all existing and new CAFU customers (the “Users”).

2.2 In order to be eligible, it is mandatory for the Users to manually opt-in to join the Rewards Program.

3. Points Accumulation

3.1 Members will earn points as follows:

- 10 points for every 1 AED spent on fuel.

- 20 points for every 1 AED spent on car wash, battery, oil, and tyre services.

3.2 Points will be credited to the Users account immediately once order/Service is complete.

3.3 Points are accrued based on the net purchase amount, excluding any taxes, fees, discounts, and other adjustments.

4. Points Validity

4.1 Points have a rolling expiry period of 180 days from the last time points were collected from an order.

4.2 If the User does not place an order for Services for 180 days, the points will expire.

5. Redemption Threshold

5.1 Points can only be redeemed once a User has accumulated at least 5000 points, which is equivalent to 5 AED.

6. Redemption Process

6.1 Points can be converted to CAFU Cash and used for partial or full payment for future orders towards services provided by CAFU.

6.2 To redeem points, User is required to log in to their CAFU account and follow the redemption instructions provided.

6.3 Points redeemed for CAFU Cash will be deducted from your account at the time of conversion.

7. Opt-In and Membership Confirmation

7.1 Users who had not expressly opted in the past, as well as new Users, will now have to opt-in to be part of the Rewards Program.

7.2 Automatically enrolled Users will be asked to confirm their membership. Until confirmed, new reward points will stop accumulating. All previously collected points will not expire immediately and will follow the regular expiry period of 180 days from the last order.

8. Communication and Notifications

8.1 To opt in to the Reward Program, Users should log-in to their account, navigate to the Rewards Program section within their profile and expressly opt-in.

8.2 By participating in the Rewards Program, User consents to receiving communications from CAFU regarding the Rewards Program and other promotional offers.

9. Modification and Termination

9.1 CAFU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Rewards Program may include but are not limited to:

- Modifications in point earning rates.

- Changes in point redemption values.

- Alterations in the validity period of points.

- Introduction or removal of rewards and benefits.

9.2 Any changes to the Terms or the Rewards Program will be communicated to you through the CAFU app, CAFU Website or other communication channels.

10. General Terms and Disclaimers

10.1 Points have no actual cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded. Points are not property and may be revoked at any time by CAFU at its sole discretion.

10.2 CAFU is not responsible for any unauthorized access to a User’s account or any unauthorized transactions resulting from their failure to safeguard your login credentials.

10.3 CAFU reserves the right to disqualify any member from the Rewards Program if there is any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

- Earning points through fraudulent means.

- Manipulating or gaming the Rewards Program.

- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

10.4 CAFU may reject to reward or redeem points for failure to pay for the purchases, breach of these conditions, or any judicious reason, and the member shall have no right to claim the Points.

10.5 CAFU shall not be responsible for any data loss or corruption of data or its confidentiality or the likes of the customer. No claim of whatever nature in this regard shall lie against CAFU by the User or a third party.

10.6 CAFU shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use of the mobile phones/membership/mobile app account. The User is responsible for ensuring the safety of their mobile phone, mobile app account and/or the password allotted to them.

10.7 Any loss of mobile or sim card should be intimated to CAFU immediately; failing to do so causes the User to be liable for the loss of the points and will not hold CAFU responsible for any loss occurring due to such events,

10.8 CAFU shall not be responsible in any way for technical faults by third parties and service providers as they are beyond the control of CAFU. CAFU shall, at best, endeavour to sort out the said problem.

10.9 CAFU also does not take responsibility for any lost points/discrepancy of Points earned or any claim for damage to a mobile phone due to a CAFU membership.

10.10 CAFU makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the Rewards Program or any rewards, including but not limited to:

- Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

- The availability, quality, or fitness of rewards.

10.11 CAFU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out    of or in connection with the Rewards Program, even if CAFU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.12 In no event shall CAFU's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of Points being sought to be redeemed at any one time, for participating in the Rewards Program.

10.13 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10.14 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

10.15 Failure by CAFU to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
