Where is the Tyre Change service available?
Our tyre change service is currently available in Dubai. Our operating hours are from 9AM to 8PM, seven days a week
What does the Tyre Change service include?
The tyre change service includes:
- Installation
- Fitting and balancing
- Tyre pressure check and top up
- Tyre rotation every 10,000 km (when purchasing all 4 tyres)
How much does it cost?
The total cost depends on your choice of tyre brand, size, and place and year of manufacture. We’ll show you the total cost in the app or website before you place your order.
My vehicle has different sized front and rear tyres. How do I place an order?
You can only order a single size of tyre at a time on the app. To order different sizes, simply place two separate orders for consecutive time slots.
Can the Tyre Change service be done inside a parking garage?
Yes, as long as there is at least a two-metre space between your car and any surrounding objects. Please note that our Tyre Change service can only be performed in open areas, not inside buildings, and requires a minimum entry width of 12 feet for accessibility. We recommend an outdoor location for the smoothest experience.
How long does the warranty run?
Your warranty duration depends on the brand, and will be displayed on the app or website when you select your tyre(s). You can contact CAFU Customer Care here if you need help or information on the warranty.
Kindly note that to validate your tyre warranty, an inspection at our garage is required. If your tyre is still under warranty, we'll share the next steps.

How do I order my free tyre rotation?
Note: This is only for orders with 4 tyres. Following the initial tyre change service, you are eligible for a free tyre rotation service every 10,000 km. Just contact CAFU Customer Care to book an appointment, free of charge. Please keep your order number on hand for reference.
